The guarantee is for defects of construction, so causes and influences like incorrect or insufficient fixing are not warranted. For repairs the time of guarantee is 12 months after the repair.
The materials for repairs under guarantee will be send carriage paid.
When the advisory service is required, the activities under guarantee are free.
However, the travel costs will be charged.
There is no guarantee for repairs or parts, when a complaint or repair is too late.
The guarantee is only warranted when agent and / or broker have fulfilled all their obligations, both financially and otherwise from any agreement.
L. Verbakel B.V will not compensate repairs done by third parties without a previously written agreement.
All deliveries are done according to the conditions of the Metal Union.
